As a base I used this crayon eye shadow thing from wet n wild I don't know what it is called but I think its one of those Halloween products they put out every year lol but its a dark metallic blue , and I put the dark blue from the wet n wild blue had me at hello palette over that , I hope they put that stick out again this Halloween season I need a new one lol
