Blue hair with a blue to teal gradient eye

I used a rainbow pallette from Claire's, a kids makeup and accessory store, and the colors are vibrant and stay long. Unusual for a childs makeup, but it works. A liquid liner from loreal and a pencil liner from pixi, a brand found only at target. concealer and foundation and finishing powder are all by pixi as well. my mascara was one by one by maybelline. The blue hair was done by a salon using special fx, but i dont remember the specific name for the color.
