Was so simple:
1. Painted nails with the black OPI
2. Gently stuck each finger into the blue glitter and let it set for 5-10minutes.
3. Used a small amount of nail polish remover to remove excess glitter.
4. Put a clear clear coat of Clear OPI
The easy way to have super styling nails this season!!
