blend illamasqua's "vernau" e/s into the crease.
pack "sidecar" from the naked palette onto entire eyelid. then smudge a bit of "smog" into the outer corner. darken the outer corner with "darkhorse" and smudge onto the outer lower lashline. brighten the inner corners with "half baked", and from the naked 2 palette highlight under brow with "foxy".

add some individual lashes to the outer half of eyes to add a flared effect.
