Sapphire Blue Liner
A simple everyday look that can be created with any eyeliner colour.
I used CoverGirl Exact Brightening Liner in "Radiant Sapphire" as the blue underneath but I don't think it's available anymore.
1) Painterly paintpot all over the eye lid and upto the brow
2) Coloured eyeliner across the waterline and the outer half of the lower lash line
3) Black eyeliner across the tightline
4) Shroom on the inner corner and inner half of the lower lash line
5) Mascara!
