Use the turquoise Maybelline Color Tattoo on lid, Mac deep truth eyeshadow on top, blend Naked eyeshadow from the Naked palette in crease, then add the blue Heavy Glam glitter liner from Urban Decay on lid. Make sure you let it dry before you open your eyes all the way or it will get on the crease a bit!
