Wearable Neon
Neon isn't just for the avant-garde...you can rock this look anytime.This is a wearable look using a vivid yellow-greeen on the lid, smoked out with a deep, warm brown. Although there are no rules with makeup, I like go pretty minimal with the rest of my makeup when sporting a bright eye. Thus, I finished up the look with a light dusting of bronzer, a nude pink cheek, and a swipe of beigey gloss.
