Rainbow Eyes
A way to do the "rainbow eyes". All colors are in the sephora mini shopping bag, start with green the to orange, finish with the pink, teal for the water line, and a purple eye liquid liner, finish with coats of black mascara. Dust pink on the cheeks. Shimmer on the lips.
