Graduation BLUE!!!
I love this neon blue color. Its a China Glaze Blue Sparrow (neon) you can find it at your Local Sally's<3 but I have to say im not happy with it. It didnt even last through the night! I went swimming and Its was coming off. Sad...Btw The Glitter on top but a top coat of just clear and sliver giltter.
