I would suggest if you have the funds see a dermatologist and see what they have to say. It doesn't look too bad at all from the photos so it shouldn't be too hard to treat ;]

Hey girl! It's totally not as bad as you think! I had much worse ;) Have you tried using glycolic acid in your beauty routine? I swear it totally cleared my skin up when everything else failed.
