Beauty Product Reviews
Beautiful & Functional
The packaging and presentation are stunning, and the brushes feel incredibly soft to the touch. A few are designed to mimic natural goat and blue squirrel hair—and they do it beautifully.
🖌️ As Maria herself says:
“I never found vegan brushes that performed like natural ones… I wanted to prove it was possible—and we did. You don’t need animals to create top-quality brushes. What you need is experience and a meticulous understanding of how to build a brush from the ground up.”
💡 I do suggest washing them before first use, as I experienced a bit of shedding initially. But if you’re on the hunt for high-performance vegan tools, this set is absolutely worth exploring. I’m hoping a foundation brush and a larger powder brush are added in future launches!
My Favorite Velvet
This lipstick is described as a high-intensity matte finish as soft and luminous as velvet. Offering instant and overtime protection and care leaving lips supple, plump and smooth. The product is available now in 12 shades and retails for $75 USD.
The packaging of the lipstick is pretty stunning. From the velvet sleeve to the component itself, it gives luxury. The formula is amazing, dare I say my favorite matte formula. It glides along the lips without skipping. It’s moisturizing and then dries down matte, but it’s not drying or patchy. It isn’t transfer proof however I found myself able to eat and drink comfortably. I reapplied the lipstick at about 5.5 hrs into my day and that was after eating lunch. The lipstick has great longevity in my opinion and I believe had I worn a liner prior to application I may have not had to reapply at all. Lipstick worn for a total of 11hrs and minutes.
If you’re into luxury and looking for a quality matte lipstick I highly recommend giving this one a try. You won’t be disappointed!

Blue Squirrel Magic!!!
These brushes are soft as silk. They pickup and apply product effortlessly. Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Below I’ve listed my favorite uses of each. - Soft Pencil , I love this brush to place inner corner shadows - Flat Smudger, I love this brush for the lower lashline - Mini Builder, perfect for a Halo Eye, laying down shadow - Arched Worker, amazing all over eye brush and for placing highlight. I believe you could use for precise powder placement, under eye or on face.
Beautiful Addition To My Collection
This brush set is a welcome edition to my collection. I love the design and the fact that the bristles are dyed. The brushes are soft and they apply shadow beautifully. If I could only choose 3 in the set they’d be T1,T4 and T6. If you’re a collector you won’t regret adding these to your collection. New to Sonia’s brush line? I’d start with her Fundamental Eye Set and add this set to complement it!
Sonia, you never cease to amaze me. Looking forward to future releases.
Perfect for on the go!
I received this bag as a gift from a makeup friend. Not only is it stylish, it’s functional. The envelope holds 6 Full Size Brushes. However, I wanted to push it to the limit and see if I could fit my entire Mini Keyaki Collection, it can! I’m so happy I can carry my brushes in my purse, gym bag or luggage and they’ll be protected!
The bristles in this brush are some of the softest bristles in my collection yet. Feels like literal silk gliding across the face. The perfect brush for applying loose powder, powder and blush.
The Jumbo Bronzer is a versatile brush. I was able to powder, bronze and set all with this one brush! I had no problems at all. I must admit that if you prefer a more precise bronzer placement I’d definitely go with the Niji Pro.
This brush is soft against the face and as you can see glides with no problem. I used the stippling, swiping and buffing motions and it didn’t disturb any of my previously placed makeup.
I really enjoyed using this brush and it’s the biggest in my collection thus far. I’m happy to have it.
This set is the perfect place to start if you’re building your Fude collection and need eye brushes. The name of the collection speaks for itself. Not only are they beautiful, they perform very well. There isn’t a brush in this collection that you won’t use. You can create simple and detailed looks with ease. It’s perfect for the beginner and the pro!
This piece is sturdy and well crafted. The attention to detail is on point, a work of art. I enjoy the two different types of wood being used. There is space for a variety of brush sizes which means I’ll be able to showcase more of my collection on my vanity and that makes me so happy. It is lined so my brush handles are protected. When you run your fingers across the cranes and the logo you can feel the carvings which I love. It’s these type of detaiIs that make it so special. I currently have 26 brushes in my holder and can easily fit many more.
It’s a beautiful piece and I highly recommend it. It’s an investment piece for sure and I’m happy to have it.
Beautifully Crafted & Functional
My first impressions of each brush is detailed below. I look forward to continuing the use of this set.
Fan L is recommended to Bronze, Blush, Buff, Sculpt and Set. Its bristles are made of Hakutotsuho Goat, they’re so soft and they glide across the face with ease. Perfect, especially if you’re someone with sensitive skin.
Fan M, originally released as Sculpt Two is recommended to Bronze, Blush, Buff, Highlight, Sculpt and Set. Its bristles are made of dyed Saikoho goat hair. Its bristles feel so good as it glides across the skin. I chose to use this brush to apply my bronzer. Because I have a deep complexion I tend to lean towards dyed bristles for Bronzing. The brush picked up product without issue. It gave me a targeted placement and I was then able to buff it in with no problem.
Fan A is recommended to Buff, Highlight, Sculpt and Set. Its bristles are made of undyed Saikoho goat hair. I contoured my nose with this brush. It’s the perfect size to do so, the design allows for precise placement.
Soft Buffer is recommended to Bronze, Blush, Buff, Sculpt and Set. Its bristles are made of undyed Saikoho goat hair. I used this brush to blush. Depending on how you go into your product determines the amount of product pickup. When swiped across my product it picked up less product than when swirled into the product. The brush applied the blush without issue.
Classic Cheek is recommended to Bronze, Blush, Buff, Highlight, Sculpt and Set. Its bristles are made of dyed & undyed Saikoho goat hair. These bristles are also soft. I used it to highlight. It had no problems picking up and laying down the product where placed.
Worker L is recommended to use for Highlight, Sculpt and Set. This brush is perfect for these tasks. I love it’s shape as you can use it for precise setting. I used the brush to place highlighter in the areas where I enjoy it, without issue.
