The Perfect Nude

When I first received this lipstick, I thought "Meh...this doesn't look like anything exciting." But when I wore it for the first time, especially as the day went on (it is very long-wearing but not drying), I would look at myself in the mirror and think "WOW! What a great nude shade!" I'm pretty fair (MAC NW20) and most nudes just sort of disappear on me or wash me out, but this one has just enough pigment in it to give my lips that "bright" effect that nude lipsticks give medium-to-dark skin tones. And, I feel like it must have something to give it a little bit of a sheen/glow (sort of a faintly light-reflective quality?) that is more apparent as the day goes on. I recommend this and Tom Ford's Spanish Pink to everyone who asks me for the perfect nude lipstick!
