♡Skinny Pancakes!♡ ♡I know this is not beauty related but some of you asked me how to keep fit, so I'm going to share my 26 calorie pancakes with you! ♡17 servings♡ With the calorie content so low you can add blueberries for a sweet treat, cheese and chives and salmon for a savoury treat or just have plain alongside whatever else you are having. I really like it with a shake of cocoa powder and a teaspoon honey(to rid those pimples!) Enjoy!♡ Ingredients ♡3/4 c. cake flour ♡2 tsp. baking powder ♡3/4 cup non-dairy milk of your choice ♡2 egg whites 1. Sprinkle dash of salt on egg whites and beat until stiff, but not dry. 2. Add milk to flour and salt. Beat until smooth. 3. Add baking powder and beat a few seconds more 4. Fold in beaten egg whites. 5. Pour into the greased pan on low heat and flip after air bubbles appear. Make sure it is a shade of golden brown! Known as the golden spice of life, turmeric has always been popular among Indian women. This yellow miracle powder results in glowing , clear skin! Don't forget the lemon bonus! When combined with lemon juice, turmeric produces a doubly powerful antioxidant paste that results in a gorgeous, youthful complexion. The radiant skin will outshine all scars, as it slowly fades away after consistent use of mask. ♡Ingredients ♡1 teaspoon of turmeric ♡1 tablespoon of flour ♡Few drops of lemon juice (A little more for oily or acne prone skin) ♡A little milk Mix flour, lemon juice and turmeric till well combined. Slowly add milk till creamy consistency is achieved. Apply mask to already cleansed face and neck. Leave on for maximum 20 minutes. Rinse away with cold water and pat dry. Apply face moisturizer. ♡Turmeric might stain your skin yellow but I assure you it will be gone in the morning! (If you do this in place of your night skincare routine) I rate this a 4.5/5! ♡HAPPY 4th OF JULY♡ Looking for a acne clearing cleanser? Replace your skincare routine with this organic cleanser that works wonders! Inexpensive and can be easily made at home! You'll need ♡Warm water ♡Regular course grained-sugar ♡Raisins ♡Rinse your face with warm water (to open up the pores). Gently rub sugar over your face, avoiding the acne areas. (Helps to exfoliate) Lastly, gently run acne spots with raisin. Rinse off and dab dry with some facial tissues or a clean cloth! Ta Da! Done!♡ This has worked very well for me. Goodbye, Blackheads!♡ Looking for a short, sweet and simple to get rid of blackheads? Here it is. The bonus? Only one miracle ingredient is needed! This will provide natural astringent benefits for the skin and also keeps blackheads at bay. You'll need♡ ♡2 to 3 teaspoons of basil ♡ 1 cup of water Grab a boiler/soup pan. Mix the basil and water together. Turn the heat on low. Stir for 5 minutes then pour out mixture and allow it to cool. Apply to the skin by using cotton balls or a clean cloth as a herbal blackhead remedy. That's all I have for now! Honey allergy? No biggie! No honey at home? Don't stress! This one is for you, sweetie! Bet you feel like you're missing out on the glorious skin foods! Don't worry, I'm sure you'll have baking soda, milk and sea salt at home! Lets get started! ♡Ingredients♡ ♡ A tablespoon of oat (cleanses) ♡ Pinch of baking soda (exfoliates) ♡ Half a teaspoon of salt (exfoliates) ♡ Milk (just enough to form a paste consistency) Run the oat through a blender until its powdery. Pour it into a little cup! Then add in the baking soda, salt and milk. Rub it onto the face in a gentle circular motion and let it set for 10-15 minutes. Rinse with warm water to remove! ♡ A gentle cleansing and exfoliate mask that smoothens complexion! Targeted at acne prone, combination, sensitive and oily skin! (It should be alright for any skin types!) Just like the previous DIY mask, we will be using honey. But this time, we are going to throw in some oat too! The more goodness, the better! ♡Ingredients♡ ♡3 teaspoons of honey ♡3 teaspoons of regular plain oat Mix well together until you achieve a paste consistency! If its too wet, add more oat. Without being said, more honey if its too flaky! Leave on face for 20-25 minutes (It might get a little messy! But it's well worth the effort!) gently massage face to loosen the mask then rinse off. ♡Tip: This can be used daily, in place of your night skincare routine! Adios Acne♡Mask of sweetness Honey is a natural antibacterial, and when applied topically can help cure acne. Cinnamon has microbial properties that can help stop the growth of bacteria and fungi, in this case, on the skin. (Please make sure you're not allergic before trying!) ♡serves one facial only (Do not reuse in the future) ♡You will need♡ ♡1 teaspoon of Cinnamon ♡ 3 teaspoons of honey (any type) Mix well and spread on the face, avoid eye area. Leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse off. This is the one of the best acne killer masks! Plus its 100% organic and prevent hair loss too!(: From personal experience, it works really well! Mascara Dilemma? Two coats of mascara is enough to bring the attention to your eyes! But if you are using volumed mascara, just apply one coat and stroke lashes gently (eg. Maybelline Colossal Volume Express). Don't apply heaps of mascara thinking it looks fabulous, you may just appear to have amateur make up skills or worst, look like a panda that just lost a cat fight! Hope this helps! Looking for ways to shed those flabs quick? Get started by following these three key tips! ♡ Never ever go on a crash diet. ie: Not eat anything at all. Because the moment you start to eat again, you put on the weight 10x faster. It never works. ♡ Count calories. Use sites like myfitnesspal.com to track your daily intake of calories. (The site has a feature to help you measure how much calories you need to keep to in order to lose a certain amount of weight in a specific period of time!) Having it written down will keep you in track of the diet plan. *Tip: Don't snack at all! Drink water only. If you want to snack, stay away from nuts or junk food! ♡ Exercise regularly. Sports like swimming burns calories very fast as they work almost every muscle group. Or just go for daily 3km runs around your neighborhood. If you have to stay at home, try doing high impact aerobics for 30 minutes daily. (Blogilates on YouTube is fantastic!) Try to exercise about 3-4 times a week.
