Before You Start: Prep Your Lymph
To maximize results, stimulate your lymph nodes before you start brushing. Apply gentle pressure to the five main lymph nodes, five times each.

Supraclavicular nodes in the hollow of the clavicle

Step 1
Dry brush your legs
- Pump the ball of the foot with your hands five times
- Holding your brush vertically, brush the top of the foot and the side of the ankle five times.
- Move up the calf with long strokes to the front and back, three to five times.
- Brush the outside of the knee backwards toward the lymph nodes seven times.
- Brush the inner side of the knee the same way ten times.
- Brush the outside of the thigh, moving up the the top of the thigh, then toward the groin three times.
- Repeat on the front and inner thigh three times.
- Proceed with similar long strokes at the back of the thigh, moving to the buttocks, then around the crease of the buttocks to the groin.
- Holding your brush horizontally, brush up the entire front leg, moving up to the groin three times.
- Repeat on the back of the leg three times.
Step 2
Dry brush your belly
- Holding your brush vertically, brush the lower part of your belly, from top to bottom toward the iliac nodes five times.
- Brush the lower sides toward the iliac nodes five times.
- Holding your brush horizontally, brush the upper part of the belly from bottom to top, toward the auxiliary lymph nodes (armpits) five times.
- Brush the upper sides toward the auxiliary lymph nodes five times.
Step 3
Dry brush your arms
- Holding your brush vertically, gently brush the top and underside of the hand three times.
- Move up the entire front of the forearm five times, and then repeat at the back of the forearm.
- Move up from the elbow to the shoulder with long movements, forward then backward, five times.
- Holding the brush horizontally, move from the hand to the shoulder covering the entire arm three times.
