About Me

Hi l am a mother of three grown children and an Great Aunt to a new niece this year. I have a fine art degree from LSU and a bachelors in nursing. I am a cardiovascular recovery nurse in a large hospital. I'm currently working towards my masters in nursing to become a Nurse Practitioner concentrating on cardiac rehabilitation. I enjoy yoga, playing classical guitar, modern knitting and am an advocate for the American Heart Association Go Red for Women. Heart disease is the number one killer of women in the US today. I have Rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune disease which affects my body in negative ways so I invest in high end products for my skin, hair and body. I'm also a distributor for It Works Global, An organic wellness company specializing in organic supplements made in the US. I hope to help people live healthier and more fulfilling lives by eating more nutritious whole foods and eliminating processed products from their diet.
