Great as a base!

I use the Milk pencil as a base over my primer for all eyeshadow. It helps brighten the colors I'm using a lot and it helps them stay put. It is a good eyeshadow on its own but it does wear off after a while.

Best Eyeshadow Primer!

I love this stuff. Honestly, if I didn't have it I'd be lost. I never wore eyeshadow primer before this and my eyeshadow creased and wore off like no tomorrow. Now with just a tiny dab of this, my eyeshadow stays put all day and night even in the extreme temperatures. I'm usually cheap when it comes to certain things but this is WELL worth the money and not to mention a bottle lasts a very long time!
