Gel liners with a brush, but you need a good quality brush. I like the hard felt brushes.

I use both but I found that I like the gel with a good brush. I work better with a precision eyeliner brush that's bent by the actual brush part. Mind=Blown. Eyeliner is tricky tricky.

I use gel and a brush. I've never liked liquid eyeliners or pen liners. They aren't even and can get super messy and out of hand quite fast. At least for me lok. Gel is a lot more precise in my opinion.
