I like both, but I think the top you're wearing looks better with the jeans rather than the floral shorts. The shorts expose skin already so I would pair them with another top, more like a tank top or t-shirt in white and some layered necklaces, so that it exposes half of the body. It's either chest and neckline or legs, I guess. Not always, but most of the times, this rule needs to be applied;)
