I've seen those pallets with 80+ colors that have neutral on one side and bright on the other but I don't look at it for too long cause it was sooo expensive. I bet there's a cheaper version tho

Too Faced came out with some new palettes that are colorful, but have some neutrals in them. Too Faced shadows are amazing, and with their palettes, they group the 9 shadows into 3 different looks (and they come with a booklet) so you can easily make colorful looks, or use the neutrals. I'll look for a picture of a couple 😁

Sleek has a palette that is very similar to the electric palette, I'm surprised no one has mentioned it. It's about $11.00
It's a great start if you're still unsure of wanting bold colors.
