Just above my eyelid the skin is started to get a little droopy! (I've never been good about wearing sunglasses.) Please suggest specific bands.

RoC Retinol Eye cream. I personally use an eye serum from ReVive but its uber expensive so I suggested the RoC. I top off the serum with Mario Badsecu Hyaluronic Eye Cream. Since you aren't good about wearing sunglasses I highly suggest protecting your eye area with an SPF. I use one from SkinCeuticals...Physical Eye UV Defense spf50. It doesn't irritate the eyes and it acts as an eye brightener as well. I'm 40 and experiencing perimenopause so my skin is going thru all kinds of craziness right now.

Awww Happy Birthday Jane!! I couldn't agree with ya more. I've lost some fatty tissue under my eyes so the fine lines stuck out like a sore thumb...especially when I smile. And I refuse to do injectables.

Most eye creams are not formulated for the lid, they usually say apply to orbital bone and not the lid, but you can use Isomers one for eyes on the entire lid and Dr perricone Acyl Glutathione eye lid serum which is costly but formulated specifically for the eye lid.BAM LOL

I think I'm the old lady here at 46. Lol! I really like Algenist's Complete Eye Renewal balm, but I don't need/use it on the orbital bone. I just pat it on up the side. However if I don't catch any good sales on it or some PTR, I'm going to try the ROC and Mario combo. The dry air from the fireplace is killing my skin everywhere!

You are no old lady just born earlier than others. I hate that getting old and it showing is such a "crime." I'm not preaching as I love my lotions and potions too-I just wish we could all accept aging, (or at least me.)

Yay! For enthusiastic aging! Tina you are absolutely gorgeous and Jane, you have a point. We're all getting there so we might as well find a happier approach to it.
