Its really not a secret because I tell anyone willing to listen but I watch the foods that I put in my mouth to maintain my clear skin. Without going too in-depth and putting ya'all to sleep I drink green smoothies made from scratch (none of that store bought junk), I guzzle hot green tea like water, I take cranberry one juice concentrate shot in the AM, and I avoid dairy and soda. Along with a few other dietary choices that I follow this is my core program and at 39 years old I think I'm right on track.

My beauty secrets: every night I use Organic Rose Hip Oil on my face and neck before bed. I have three dogs that make me totally happy and more importantly keep me busy and active. And I try to do and/or say something really silly (sometimes completely by accident lol) everyday because laughing at yourself keeps you happy and smiling. Oh and btw, Gabriela, you my dear are GORGE!
