Hello everyone! So I'm in need of a full coverage foundation that is cruelty-free and vegan. When I was a teenager I used a non-vegan foundation and then ever since going vegan I haven't been able to find one that works! All of ELFs foundation is too dark for my skin. I've been using just a concealer on my face recently which works decently well. I need something that won't cause breakouts because I have acne prone skin. (You'd think I would of outgrown that by now :( )
I also need it to be pretty cheap. max price 20.
Thanks in advance!!

Some people are quick to have an opinion and say "I don't want to use Mac because they're cruel to animals" and they'll choose a different brand that claim that they don't test on animals. But actually, they will have a disclaimer that basically says "we have borrowed some products ( from companies like Mac) to use in our makeup and they may have tested on animals) so yes some companies may say they don't test on animals but they have probably used products from companies which have tested that product on animals.
I completely understand why some people are vegan but all I'm saying is that, maybe you should try a foundation which has been tested on animals as there are more out there than vegan foundations so you're more likely to find a one you like

Http://phyrra.net/2014/04/best-vegan-foundations.html There's a link for vegan foundations. I was looking at some on the list and most are double your price range. you might have to spend a little more for vegan. hope that helps a little.

I don't have any drugstore suggestions but I believe Urban Decay Naked Skin and Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Cover Foundation are cruelty free and vegan. Personally I haven't tried the Urban Decay one but I did try the Tarte one and I didn't like it but I know others do.
Kat Von D Lock It Tattoo Foundation is for sure vegan, medium to full coverage, and long wearing. I have used and loved this foundation.

I love Urban Decay Naked skin, it's an absolute gorgeous foundation, such a lovely texture and good pigmentation. Lovely lasting power too :)

Jordana cosmetics complete Maximum Coverage 2-in-1 Concealer & Foundation in one. It's sold at walgreens $4
I really was impressed by this foundation and don't understand why it doesn't get the hype it deserves since it is pretty fantastic.
This stuff was just something I grabbed to try out the performance of this product in compared to my Estée lauder double wear maximum camouflage coverage foundation and dermablend, cover fx that I usually wear to cover up my freckles.
I have to say this stuff covered my freckles and I will be purchasing more,It is oil free. I have yet to try their sister brand Milani full coverage but that's next on my list. Flower cosmetics is another option sold at Walmart :)
I hope you get more options from members for your max price point you mentioned above which was for a Full coverage at $20 and below. :)

The only inexpensive brand that is cruelty and vegan that I know of is ELF.
There are a couple of drugstore brands that are cruelty free but not vegan.
The only foundation that's very full coverage that I can think of is the RCMA foundation and I believe it's $23 for the 1/2 oz
But if you can find your shade in the 3/8 oz then that's an option since its $18 but since they discontinued that size you'll only find shades that are left over.

PETA lists Wet N Wild as Cruelty Free, and they are certified by them. Not all of their products are vegan, but many are. That's great to know about E.L.F.!

You can always get a white foundation mixer to make your foundation lighter (NYX just recently released one and they are cruelty free but I'm not sure about vegan) and mix it with your ELF foundations. c: It's tough finding cheaper foundations that are also vegan and cruelty free, I hope you find some options!!

I swear by wet and wild coverall liquid foundation and elf acne fighting foundation. Not sure on if they are vegan...but they work for me and I have very fair skin.
