I want to change my hair up a bit but I don't know if I should go for golden or ashy colors. My veins are purple/blue which I know means a cool tone but I feel like I look best in gold jewelry. So would I be neutral? I have no idea. Please help! (Sorry if it's in the wrong category)

I agree with Hailey, you look warm toned. I never go off the vein theory. I simply just look at the skin and determine if the undertone is more pink, or more yellow. If it's in the middle then neutral is ideal. You could probly get away with the neutral shades but I'd try out warm tones first.

It's hard to tell with filtering because the pic you added you look slightly golden but your profile pic you definitely look more pink.
I'm thinking you might actually be neutral in the that some companies define as having yellow and pink.
If that's the case, any color would work fine, it's really more of a preference anyway.
I'm quite yellow toned but I look good in gold and silver, gold sort of just flows whereas silver can contrast with my skin and make it look more yellow toned IMO
But I just prefer yellow gold.
Also keep in mind some people aren't the same tone on their wrists vs their faces, I've seen some people with green veins/golden skin but their face, neck and chest were more neutral/slightly pink.
I would go a more golden tone or a neutral with slight golden tones.
