Honestly, right now my nose might just become one whole black head. Any natural remedies/treatments/masks I could use? Preferably with products I'd find around the house.

I personally wouldn't recommend DIYs when it comes to skincare, especially cinnamon, baking soda and lemonade

Just get an extractor and get them out. It's a tool that you press against your skin and it scoopes out the blackheads. Scoop is probably the wrong word but you get the idea.
