Paula's choice does some, they're $40 I think but there's big sample sizes which last forever (one has lasted me a year) for $19. It has worked very, very well for me!

Philosophy vitamin c powder I think it's $30 or less you mix it into a serum or moisturuzer it has been working great for me!

Lumene has a lot of stuff with Vitamin C. I suggest you for looking up for their products. They are great for discoloration. Believe me, I've tried ;D
