My lips always feel dry and tight. It almost feels like there's a layer of something over them all the time. I exfoliate about 3 times a week but my lips feel like I should be exfoliating more often.
I continuously apply Chapstick and it doesn't really help much anymore. I drink a lot of water too!
My lips look really dry whenever I wear lipstick 😔

Following if you don't mind. I have the same problem.

I think the problem is you are exfoliating a little bit too much and by continuously doing it, your lips aren't being allowed to breathe and soak up whatever chap stick you are using.

Hi Ladies, Have you ever tried 40FY® Lip Treatment before? Balm that soothes, re-plumps, hydrates and protects the lips. You can check more info on www.globalcomfortzone.com Regards, Barbara :)

Have you ever tried Paw Paw Ointment? It works amazing for me and you don't have to use it every day. In my opinion chapsticks do more harm than good when used too often.

I noticed the difference in one use. Good luck!

I think you might be exfoliating too much. I only exfoliate my lips 1-2x a week and then apply Vaseline. What exfoliater do you use? Maybe you should try a different one?

It's definitely possible you are applying too much chapstick and over exfoliating. what are you using to exfoliate with? My lips were extremely dry this winter, I used the bite lip mask and fresh lip treatment and it seriously made a huge difference. Like Sandra, I'm a dry person as well lol I have dyshidrosis, seborrheic dermatitis, & it's been such a relief to find products for my face, body and lips that work wonders.

& I agree with Rozberry, I also noticed a difference within one use of each product. Just be sure not to over do it with any product, you can have an adverse reaction sometimes

My lips are always super dry but mainly I've the winter. I use a diy scrub with sugar and honey and then apply coconut oil. not only does it work (for me anyway) but it tastes great! lol
and I only do it once a week

Maybe try applying a green tea bag onto the lips for 10-15 mins or try a lip mask.
