I was hit with the same once I hit 37 (41 now). What helped me...RoC Retinol cream. If I skip using it for a few weeks I notice a huge difference in my skin ( the line is screaming HELLO and my skin feels kinda yucky). It really does a great job at taking care of my skin sins. If you go for a retinol be sure to use a non-active face wash versus your usual glycolic acid face wash and instead reach for a cleanser that doesn't contain active ingredients.

(Be certain to use a broad spectrum sunscreen of at least 30) I like CeraVe.
