Beauty Product Reviews

This makes for a great primer if you have a problem with your pores, but this broke my out in the area I used it in (around my nose). Too bad, it's good. :/

I got this in Ransom from one of the Glam Bags and to be quite frank, it was just okay. In my opinion, my NYX liner worked way better and it's much cheaper. I would probably use this liner as an eyeshadow base, but I would never buy it.

I haven't tried all of BH Cosmetics eyeshadows, but the ones I received were horrible quality. I was trying to create a 6-eyeshadow matte palette with neutral colors, and the pans I received were horribly pigmented and some of the colors looks completely different then they appeared on the website. I was very disappointed, since I heard so many great things about BH. I heard their shimmery colors were good, but I have yet (and reluctantly) to try them. DON'T BUY MATTE COLORS.

By far, the best concealer I have ever used. I am a big fan of cream concealers and this had exceeded my expectations. I like to use the first shade to highlight, second shade to cover any blemishes (when I don't wear foundation), I don't use the third shade, and the green shade I use to also cover up blemishes under my foundation. This is truly an amazing concealer palette and a little goes a long way. If you're willing to splurge for your concealer, definitely recommend this!

This is truly a holy grail product for myself. Although, I wouldn't really recommend it for those with severely oily skin. Anyways, I personally have normal/combination, so it's quite fine for myself. I pretty much use this for a lot of things. When I want to do low-maintinence makeup looks, I use this has a base for everything (mainly to hydrate my skin). Also, this comes in super handy when I am out (like an amusement park or beach) and it gets extremely hot, it feels refreshing to spritz this over your face. Also great for pigments, however I rarely use pigments.

There is a popular misconception that this balm moisturizes chapped lips. FALSE. The point of this specific balm is to maintain hydrated lips. I would really recommend using this as a maintenance product (excluding the winter). However, it does not fix chapped lips (at least not for me).

This is by far the best lip stain I have ever used. I have been through loads of lipstains, and this one is the best. I have it in Passion and it's a very vibrant color. The balm is also very moisturizing. I find it best used when you apply a bit of the balm first, let it dry, apply the stain, let it dry, and then top it off with balm. Another thing I love with this stain is that it really does stay on your lips and does not come off. I tried this out by rubbing my lips with my hand, I even went out to dinner with this on and by the end, my lips had looked the same. This is truly an amazing product, and I will definitely repurchase this.

One of my favorite nail polishes. The brushes that are in these polishes are my favorite because of how wide they are (I have wide squoval nails). Makes painting my nails a breeze. I love all the colors really, but my favorite has to be "Am I Text-y" (pretty sure that's the name).

I love the feel and smell of these. I have Pink Punch and the color is so beautiful. The only con I find with this product is that it sinks into the lines of my lips and it looks a little odd up close. No matte what though, it's my new addiction.

I'm gonna be honest, when I first saw these in the drugstore, I wasn't too interested in purchasing one (since I was disappointed with other cream shadows by Maybelline). I finally gave in and purchased Tough as Taupe. I've got to say that I was blown away with this. I literally don't even need primer to wear this out on it's own. I don't know what's in this formula, but it dries into the lid and stays there all day until you remove it. I am by far impressed with this product and I will most likely purchase other colors.
