We’re not talking about a little bit of bedazzling, either! Gals are rocking tiny plastic pieces and sets to create avant-garde manicures. And for those who want to sport practical 3D digits, UK nail polish brand Ciate just launched Caviar Mani kits, which include itty-bitty beads for each fingertip.
