Over a white base or used VERY damp, more like a cream shadow I think these would shine much better. Just not for me I guess. Thank you all for watching and I really look forward to hearing some feedback from others who have tried these as well! Maybe I should pick up a couple singles in more vibrant shades? What do you guys think?
