Drawing a lime larger then your natural lips with a lip line them going over the lips with a lip plumper and stain the lipstick (bigger and fuller)
I once watched a makeup video where they got a toothbrush and scraped there lips to plump and aggravate the lips to make them bigger

Bronze your lower lip
highlight your top lip.
