So the other day my coworker and I were talking about makeup and I asked her what her makeup routine is. She told me she puts foundation, eyeliner and mascara and she's good to go!
I'm like oh my god I must be like.. If there was a nerd version of a makeup finatic I'd be it!!
••My makeup routine after I cleanse, tone and moisturize my face••:
PRIMER:
-smash box photo finish oil free foundation primer
- smashbox photo finish color correcting adjust primer
-smashbox photo finish hydrating under eye primer
COLOR CORRECTING/HIDING FRECKLES ON NOSE:
-my beautiful concealer palette:
-violets and yellow for under eye dark circles
-green for my redness on nose cheeks and chin
-glamoflauge heavy duty concealer (shade tan) (nose only)
FOUNDATION:
-revlon color stay combo/oily skin (shade 360 golden caramel)
(Of course in between applying glamoflauge to foundation I use a blender and everything)
CONCEALER:
-my concealer palette for under my eyes to match my skin
(Will show in photo below which I use)
AFTER FOUNDATION:
-revlon photo ready pressed powder in translucent
-urban decay de-slick makeup setting spray oil-control
EYES:
-I use #1 only of the new covergirl bombshell mascara cos #2 sucks @&%#!! (For length)
-then for volume, maybelline the mega plush volume express (love it!!) in very black and waterproof

No mine takes generally about 30 to 40 minutes if I do everything but I'm so slow lol. But I can do an easy quicker look in about 10 or 15.

Yeah I feel like I have an elaborate every day routine but it takes me like 20 minutes on the average day if I need to be out the door quickly...

I can spend hours doing my makeup if someone would let me! Lol but usually my basic everyday is 15-25 minutes but I wish it was less:)

My routine is long too, don't worry. I take 20-30 minutes everyday. Not good when I have to be at school at 7.😂😂

I try to use as little product as possible. I like a sheen, natural look for my foundation. I've said this before...I can take an hour to get ready, but if pancakes are involved, I can be dressed and out the door in five minutes. True story!

Showering+ blow drying!+ hair do + make up (including contouring)= 1 hour... Putting on make up takes me at least 30 minutes.

I quite honestly don't take very long to do my makeup at all. I just use concealer, BB cream, powder and mascara most days. I love makeup but a lot of the time don't have time to do any more than that!

Hahahah I get you! it takes me between 25 to 30 mins for my everyday look. 15 mins for my simple no time look. and for an event 1 hour. now that you say it like that we are nerda but makeup nerds just like science nerds... we know eveeything about it lol.

If I do everything including eye shadow and contour etc.it takes me an hour (I'm a perfectionist) and if I only do basics (concealer powder little brows mascara) I'm done in about 15-20 minutes I usually find a happy medium in between those looks and save the two extremes for different occasions such as a big party or going out to the beach

I need max. 30 minutes to get ready, when I go out in the evening- for school I need only ~10 min.
I wouldn't want to get up 2 hours earlier just to do my makeup :p.

I used to have a long morning makeup rutine.. primers for everything,full face of makeup.. I tried not to look over the top but eventually no matter how much you blend it still looks unnetural and I felt bad that I have to go through all this process just to get out of the house. believe me I am obsessed with makeup but when I go out in the morning for work I use concealer, blush/bronzer, a little eyeshadow, mascara, nude lipstick/lip gloss and I'm off. it takes me 10 minuts tops and I feel a whole lot better! not to talk about all the money I'm saving..

The concealer palate is amazing btw!! It doesn't crease, it is a bit oily
So I had my revlon matte translucent powder over it and it stays forever!
