How can you get rid of these??

So I have these red dots all over my upper arm and I never care about them in the winter but in the summer there just not really nice
I'm also pale but very red so there really prominent :/

Is there any natural ways to get rid of them? even if its over a few years of doing something that's good too

I agree, it looks like KP. Exfoliating and Derma Dr. KP Duty cream should be of great help. Still, I would consult a derm.

It's Ketatosis. Most likely. If they feel like permanent goosebumps, then yes. I have some all over my arms and legs, some are red and itchy and some arent, nor their red. It's a skin condition. (Nothing to worry about, they're not harmful.) But you can't make them go away. You can reduce them, or make them less visible. It's lack of moisture. So just add any moisturizing lotion everday. Like I said, it won't make them go away, but it will reduce them.
