Pull your skin tight when you are plucking :) and using an ice pack can numb the skin so you won't feel much of the plucking :)

I think waxing brows is much easier and less painful than plucking. I get mine done at a local spa. No plucking for this gal. ;)
I agree icing is a good idea.

Honestly the only way to get over the pain is to go get it done at a local spa because it will make it harder for you to back out of doing it.
