I have dark circle and winkle under my eyes, when I put on concealer, it'll look more obvious, and it makes me look older..
What should I do to get rid of it, any eye cream or serum that you can suggest?
Or any tips on how to cover it?

Get a salmon colored concealer. I don't think you can do anything about wrinkles. my 9 month old has wrinkles under his eyes, I think it's just a genetic thing.

A Salmon Color Corrector would help neutralize it and can add a bit of an eye brightener as well. I also use Boots N7 Intense eye cream as well as Estee Lauder Resilience Lift firming/sculpting eye cream. :)

I love Peter Thomas Roth's Volufill Serum. Plumps up and firms while brightening. Algenist Eye Balm is also the bomb and they are both packed with peptides and ceremides and so they don't only feel and look wonderful, but they have anti-aging properties. That said, both are very expensive.

Sometimes the under eye is dry and that exaggerates natural lines. An inexpensive way to tackle that is Sweet Almond Oil or Jojoba Oil.

I'm not a fan of traditional concealers beneath the eye (on myself) and so I swear by Per-fect Eye Perfection Gel in a light tint. It soothes, smooths and brightens and makes an excellent eye primer. If you do choose a concealer, I agree a salmon one will counter darkness beneath the eyes.

Drink lots of water, invest in a great Vitamin C serum and moisturize. Heredity, health and diet all factor in under eyes.

I really feel hydration is the key to combating this. Any concealer put on a dried out under eye is going to simply exaggerate the problem and settle in every crease.

I would suggest a retinol eeye cream like Philosophy Miracle Worker or ROC Retinol Eye Cream. These are treatment products, they will not moisterize although you should use a moisterizer over it for. Some people are sensitive to retinols, so go slowly & always do a patch test. Retinols will help reverse some of the wrinkling but can be drying thats why you need an actual eye cream that hydrates. Read your your ingredient lists so you're not using 2 retinol products. And make sure the eye MOISTERIZER does not have any acids in it which is not recommended with retinols.
