Hey girls,
I'm in need of a new liquid eyeliner, currently using NYC but not a fan of it. preferably one that dries matte. any suggestions please?

I use Almay for hazel eyes. I don't recall how it dries, but it's sliiiiightly shimmery. So far, I like it alright :)

Wet n wild and the loreal infallible are good one also Kat Von D one is good. To make it matte just put a little black shadow ovrr it
