So,
I really want I grow my nails and I figured that updating y'all was the best way to do that! Knowing that there are girls who are waiting for an update, I hope, will stop me from biting. I started last week finally deciding to stop biting! This first pic is from a week ago...

Here are my nails after a week of no biting. It's been extremely hard... And I have used no product except nail polish which had never stopped my biting before! Any other suggestion girls?

Garlic helps with nail growth, you can smash some and put it in a clear nail polish. Apply it to your nails, it will help your nails grow and stop you from butting she to the garlic smell. Good luck (:
