Post the picture on The Hunt. It is an app, I'm not sure if it is a website also. The Hunt contains people who will tell you where to buy this. Look on Pinterest,Ebay,Tumblr,Wanelo/or Google/Google Images.

I'd actually DIY one:) buy a cheap mirror, it's easy to buy either wireless bulbs or to stick them onto the mirror and thread the wires round the back:)
