Stretch out the skin around that part of the eye when applying your eyeliner and make the line a little longer

I would have to disagree with stretchn the eye. especially with loose or wrinkly skin. Just try to apply it w/o stretch and do it as evn as you can tht way. I find it hard to do wing liner on older clients and honestly try to avoid it if possible lol.

What kind of eyeliner are you using? I find that liquid eyeliner will help a lot with wrinkly eyes. If you use pencil liner it will be a bit tricky.
For application, you can try these steps:
1. Look down half way, enough for you to apply on the eyeliner. Create the lines as you pleased
2. Stretch the eyes and fill in the empty part because with wrinkly eyes, the liner won't seem to be even.
3. Darken the line after. Try to draw the line a little bit over your comfort zone. It may help :D.
