Noticed the skirt was kind of a tiered maxi skirt. Try pairing with a cropped shirt but with lace trim or eye lace on the trim of the shirt. You could also try a 3/4 sleeve peasant shirt. Other items to consider is crochet tops, tops with paisley designs or even just a dark halter tank top. For more ideas, search google images "tiered maxi skirt"
