What do you use for school? I'm in 11th grade and I've always used a purse but I'm kind of considering a backpack this year because I love the look of them and they're fun to personalize!
Also, if you use backpacks do you bring them with you to your classes? I love the idea of fitting my books in one bag instead of keeping them in my car and running to get tbem haha

Backpacks. And no I can't. I got some "badass" kids in my school who like to bring drugs and fake bomb threats and stuff so were not allowed to carry them around which is sooooo inconvenient for those actually trying to get an education.

I never got why girls would carry a purse. I always thought they enjoyed carrying books around. lol don't take that the wrong way. I think backpacks are more practical. You can use them for everything.

Purse. I carry it everywhere I go. We keep our books at home so all I have is basically my binder and pencils/pens.

I only have three or four classes a day and half of them don't even need books so it's never been much of a problem when it comes to carrying them around. I've always just liked the convenience and look of a purse!
I've seen so many cute back packs this year though!

I used a duffel style purse all trough high school but now in college I use a backpack or my laptop bag And carry whatever doesn't fit:p.

Whatever is practical. I used one similar to what Beatriz posted as well. I liked that better because it was like a back pack that I could keep on my lap and have easy access to.

I have exact same problem as Brittany. I'm also going to 11th grade and thinking of switching back to backpack. I think I'm going to buy a shoulder bag and an backpack so I can switch from time to time :)

Purse. I have never used a backpack in my life. But in the Netherslands, almost no girl uses a backpack. Andno, not those super small purses where you can only fit a lipgloss and a brush. But big ass purses ;)

Through school I used backpacks and we were allowed to have them on us all the time (I never knew some school didn't tbh) or leave them wherever. This year for college though I'll only need my laptop and a book or two so I'm getting a handbag :) Backpacks are so convenient.

Agree with Isabel. I'm also from an European country and girls simply don't use backpacks here much.
