For a starter, I'd suggest George (At Asda!!) felt tip pen liner, it's 2.75 and so easy to use:)

I love elf felt eyeliner pens. All of their eyeliners are really awesome! I'm not sure if you can get that in the UK or not though. Their website might ship there!

If you have a rite aid near you I suggest the jessies girl liquid liner pen. Its felt tip, and waterproof!
