It seems like whenever I attempt to put on liquid eyeliner, I can't ever make a proper wing and it comes out too thick! I watched multiple videos to get better at it; but I still suck horribly! Any tips?

I used to struggle with this all the time the only thing that can really help you is practice! But the only other thing I can say is get really close to a mirror when you try!

You can put tape on the outer side of your eye to make it a straight line then just pull it off

Rest your elbow on a table, slowly wing it out...

Take it slow. Take the tip and add the thin line to your lash line. Then, do a thin line to template the wing. Next, slowly start filling it In to your liking.
Overall, make sure your elbow is stable. I only used the tip in most cases

Yes rest your elbow on something.. I just hold my elbow with my other hand and it works fine and makes it more sturdy for a more precise look
