Personally, I found the Soap and Glory too greasy, I really, really like the Body Shop Almond hand cream, especially for nighttime use. It soaks in really quickly, you only need the TINIEST bit, and it's just really wonderful.

Neutrogena Hand Cream! Its inexpensive and it lasts forever!! Plus its fairly unscented, and not greasy at all sibce you only have to use a tiny amount

My favorite is the ultimate strength hand salve by Kiehl's. You don't need more than a pea size and it really locks in moisture without being greasy. I use it after and during long flights when the air is very dry and my hands get chapped.
