Hi there. Welcome! You can find lots of great looks and tips by utilizing the search function. It has product reviews, MOTD (make up of the day) and so much more. In the Editorial section of the app, there is a wealth of articles featuring tips and how-to's that you can enjoy.
As for the forum, it helps to post a photo of yourself in the thread if you seek more personal advice from peeps...including your skin and hair type and listing any specific issues or concerns you'd like to address..what style you seek...etc. The very best way to get feedback is to narrow what information you seek.
