Try using Vaseline/petroleum jelly and leave it on over night if you want to get rid of the dead skin scrub your lips with and tooth brush make sure it have lip balm or Vaseline on it white things will come out wipe it clean and apply lip balm these should work well for me I guess 😉😉

Well not any lipbalm. Lipbalms like "baby lips" and "lipsmacker" have different things in them that will acctually dry out your lips even more. Which leads to more usage if the product, which dry your lips more and more and more. Then the lipbalm is empty very fast and you buy new ones. Then they can make more money.
