I had my makeup done as a zombie professionally two years ago for a show I was in and I learned to do it myself... It's actually pretty simple. We used an airbrush, but you could just buy regular face paint and that would work too! Start with a white base all over the face, smudge some black paint around your eyes in circles, apply a black lipstick to your lips and smudge it out to look like stitches! Then, we just added some smudges of red to the face. I'm sure you could find some YouTube tutorials too!
