Well if your just starting out I suggest you tubing tutorials and product reviews before you go and buy everything
And start out small and so maybe use concealer, powder , mascara , and blush then work your way up to a bb cream and bronzer and than more complicated eyeshadow looks and lipsticks and foundation kind of thing because applying makeup takes practice to make it look it's best :)

The Urban Decay Naked Basics palette is good. Also the Urban Decay Naked palette (for blue eyes) or the Naked3 (blue or green eyes) or the you can use any of them on brown eyes too :) For foundation, L'oreal True Match is really nice or the LUMI version for dry skin. Or if you want a BB cream, the Garnier ones or AMAZING.
