I hear skin changes after giving birth, that it gets dry and flaky. If anyone has tips on keeping my skin healthy in my postpartum period I would really appreciate it!!

To keep my face dry I love applying a few drops of Josie Maran's Argan oil to my moisturiser and mixing it together before applying it, my face always feels really soft the next morning. Congratulations by the way!(:

My skin stayed the same but a TON of my hair fell out. I was not expecting that! You're going to be so busy, I would keep your routine as simple as possible. I think I was able to re-establish a better routine (Vit C serum, products with retinol, etc) when my son was 1. The first year is just survival Lol. Congrats and good luck.

Every ones body is different. I personally never had dry or flaky skin after I had my daughter. However I did use the palmers cocoa butter before and after my pregnancy and up until now I still sometimes use it.

After my sister had my neice she started using olive oil on her stomach and said her stomach looked amazing. Just pour some in a spray bottle and put it on the areas you need it.

You're not even going to care about skincare for awhile lol. but I personally didn't experience any skin changes after having my son. I guess just make sure you drink a lot of water, exfoliate, & get a good moisturizer.
