To say that I am going to Shopping and I decided to the first time to buy makeup and I wanted to write the list of basic products of the Make- up which will buy it. In your opinion What do you advise me that I buy. And from any brand?

NYX is an amazing brand.
Their eyeliners and lipsticks are amazing. Also I love their mascara :)
But eyeliner, eyeshadow and mascara. Is what you really need :)
If you barely have any imperfections on your skin don't get any foundation or concealer. I can wreck you face. If you do want to get it get a primer along with the foundation or concealer. You could even get bb cream.

Basics - liquid liner, pencil liner, mascara, lipstick, lipgloss, foundation/bb cream (depends on your preference), blush, eyeshadow (I'd suggest getting a good palette instead of singles) and that's all I can think if atm.

Mascara and lipgloss is a good start, actually.
You can continue to build up with Lipsticks, Eye liners, Blush, etc. If you are happy with your skin just avoid face products... once you start you kind of can't stop lol

I personally have not liked NYX products.
First time:
Brown retractable eyeliner
Black mascara
Lipgloss
Pinky nude lipstick
Pressed powder compact
Those are the things I started with, or the most simple to use. As for brands, I suppose that depends on what's available to you and what you're wanting to spend. Sephora has a nice retractable eyeliner.

NYX is AMAZING. They've only just arrived in the UK and I'm already a fan. Their lipsticks are incredible, I have 4 already and they've only been in the UK for 2 weeks:)

Regarding basics, I'd try out a BB/CC cream or tinted moisturiser if you don't want to go straight onto foundation.
Waterproof mascara, eyeliner. Maybe blush or bronzer if you want to jump right in.

Brands I'd recommend:
NYX
Rimmel London
Maybelline
Bourjois
MUA
Mally
Lorac
No7

My HG products:

Rimmel London pressed powder
Natural Collection tinted moisturiser
L'oreal True Match foundation
Rimmel London 100% Waterproof mascara
Mally volumising mascara
No7 black kohl eyeliner
Rimmel London gel liner
NYX lipsticks (I have Fig ((pink)), Paris ((lilac-pink)), Fire ((red)), Snow White ((blue-toned satin red)).
Technic blush in 1974
No7 eyeshadow palette
Mally quad eyeshadow palettes
Mally liquid lipsticks (go on like a gloss but with a pigment and staying power of a lipstick)
